Pros

Playful environment, Dogs look forward to seeing you and look for you when they arrive, Good online system for employees to swap shifts, pick up/drop hours, contact each other etc

Cons

Long hours in the yards with dogs (sometimes you don't get to leave the yards), Very short 15 minute breaks (most days breaks were not given), Owner is a Trump supporter and would share/post offensive things on social media which made coming into work uncomfortable, Everyone is part-time besides management

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear your experience as an employee at one of the franchises did not live up to your expectation. Locations are independently owned and operated, so the employment experience varies from one franchised location to another.

Pros

Zero micromanaging, was trusted to manage grooming room solo, unlimited time off, owners were kind and respectful

Cons

No benefits other than free daycare (which I didn’t use)

Pros

The dogs, their parents, and MOST of the employees.

Cons

Owners only care about money. Prices will go up immediately, and without warning for parents. Hours are cut without enough warning. They expect more without paying for it, or staffing correctly. They butt in to everything, and do things incorrectly without informing the correct people. They are rude and fake. All parents that have met them are horrified that they own this business. Dogs actually dislike them, and this has been witnessed many times by several employees. Not to mention they hire and keep a convicted child molester while there is a minor on staff. They also save parent's credit card info without asking, and will charge it without informing parents. This is not legal in this state. Just awful. 100% do not recommend.
