Pros
This has been the best job I have had thus far in my career. A welcoming, flexible, kind, determined, and friendly place to be. I look forward to coming into work, which is very new to me! I hope I am able to be a part of this company for years to come. Strong leadership, and a company that knows its worth and knows where it is headed. Benefits are outstanding, hiring process was spot on. I truly feel like they vet the people that are a good fit for the job. But the number one thing about this job is the culture. It is something that I've never experienced before. Everyone is here to do a job, and they do it well, but they are also nice to each other and help whenever they can.
Cons
I am not sure I have any cons - its a relaxed environment as far as dress code goes, but you are expected to do your job, which I don't think is a con.
