The company's stated purpose of "We help schools change lives" is reinforced over and over, and the core values are part of the day-to-day operation of the business. The CEO is the most transparent leader I've ever seen and sincerely cares about promoting a positive, healthy company culture. The team members are passionate about the company's mission and committed to delivering great software and services. I feel like the work we do at CampusLogic does truly improve the overall student financial aid experience, as well as make the work done by financial aid professionals more rewarding. I'm proud of what we do here and am glad I made the decision to join CampusLogic.
Cons
The company is growing very quickly, so the pace is very fast. People that are uncomfortable with ambiguity or changing priorities won't like working here, but people that are flexible and able to adapt quickly will enjoy working in a very nimble, customer-centric organization.
