Pros
Review is of RaiseMe. There was some positive culture. They expressed Diversity & Inclusion to the point that they skipped some of their process in order to satisfy it even when those hires were later proved to be a mistake. Nobody got blamed for it. Stated core values.
Cons
Review is of RaiseMe. The politics/divisions of the co-founders was a source of great division in the company that later got exploited by a C-level to cause their demise. Also, before that, they promoted a lot of inexperienced people to C-level positions in order to form factions to "resolve" those differences. Nobody believed in the stated core values or could quote all six back to anyone.
