Pros
- Solar is great for the planet - Chance to work with colleagues all over the world - I worked with some great people - Nice office space in Walnut Creek, CA (pre-pandemic) - Benefits are generally good
Cons
- Most important decisions are made at headquarters, which means China - Lots of turnover recently - Salaries are uneven but generally low - Solar industry is notoriously cyclical (they call it the "solar coaster")
