Good pay compared to the rest of the industry. Good benefits. They take safety seriously.

Cons

Some machinery is getting pretty old and it often causes interruption in the production line. This causes more pressure and stress to the whole team during the busy time of year.

You can get a lot of overtime and get training on nearly everything in the plant and get tools provided

Cons

Its out in the sticks Its a difficult work environment its management is difficult to work with and not all equipment is properly maintained
