Pros
I have worked at CRAB for a few years and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from serving our mission. Managers are realistic and the work is fulfilling. People are friendly and want to support one another.
Cons
Because of the small size of the company, there can be a lack of upward mobility here. Also, there is no remote work policy, which can be problematic since many of us don't make enough to live close to downtown Seattle, and commuting can be a burden.
