Pros
Depending on the team, you might get good WLB. Amount of time off is not bad. A little over a year ago it felt like we were doing good, ambitious, challenging work to make customers happy. Maybe they will return to this
Cons
Feels like responsibilities change very frequently so nobody has a good grasp on what's going on. Feels like executives tell us to change things that are working well too much. Sometimes WLB is bad depending on the team/time. Low salary compared to similar positions. Micromanagement. It feels like we used to be able to do what worked for our team, within an Agile framework and while trying to maintain good numbers. But now it feels like nothing matters more than every team doing everything exactly the same way, letting the numbers do all the talking.
