      -Very friendly work environment -Relaxing atmosphere -Respects your personal commitment/issues -Receptive for you to work on whatever projects you like -People willing to help you if you know who to ask -Flexible deadlines

      -No proper training program or guidelines for coops -You will continue to work on laboratory testing or other routine work (meaning no new learning opportunity) unless you take the initiative to find a project yourself to work on
