Pros
I enjoyed working with a group of committed professionals who were smart yet very approachable. The leadership had great respect for the operations, who are the heart of the company. Excellent people, excellent pay, benefits, and down-to-earth culture.
Cons
Like many resource sectors, they are subject to market highs and lows and therefore layoffs occur during the downturns, and this affects the culture.
