For compensation, we research industry benchmarks to make sure our pay is competitive in the industry. We encourage all employees to openly speak to their supervisors to discuss any compensation-related concerns.
We also encourage you and all of our employees to participate in our mentoring and learning programs and use internal resources like JIVE and our newsletter, Connections, to stay up-to-date on what’s happening across the company. Our website and social media tools (specifically Twitter and Instagram) are also great resources to learn about what each of our offices are working on.
