Pros

Some of the more exciting projects that I was able to work on. Many of the projects are very large and require a lot of overtime to complete. Personally thought that the organizational structure of the firm is very organized and focused on pursuing new projects constantly.

Cons

The way in which work is distributed falls onto lower level employees very heavily. Many colleagues would say that 10 percent of the staff does 90 percent of the work. Some of the higher staff seems unapproachable.

Really appreciate the feedback. We’re happy to hear you got to work on some exciting projects. Thanks for contributing your talents! As a firm, we’re thankful to have more than 900 employees who all contribute to our projects in different ways. Some are subject matter experts who guide big-picture strategy and share best practices while others are project managers, technical architects, design architects, engineers, and that list goes on. All of our employees contribute to the success of our projects in their own way – and our success as a firm depends on each unique contribution. We’re also excited to share that we have a new firm leadership team in place that is wholly committed to fostering a culture of open dialogue across all levels of staff. Led by our new CEO, Brad Lukanic, they’ve already implemented big changes to make themselves more accessible to all levels of employees. Again, thanks for the feedback and best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

Cons

Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
