Pros
Pay is decent. Benefits are good. Hours are manageable, meaning you could *easily* to do your job in 40 hours if you're in corporate services. You have to keep expectations under control, and you'll be fine. Lots of great employees.
Cons
There's no where to move up. Non-billable staff can sometimes feel like second class, no matter how hard you work. Lots of favorites and politics. Leadership in Grand Island is STRAIGHT out of the 80s. Employees in the metro areas will have a hard time relating to them and their policies / communication style.
