      Cannon has a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Since the pandemic, they have been very understanding about flexible work schedules and working from home.

      Cons

      There is not a strong sense of community or office culture. Projects / work loads really vary from month to month—you're either drowning in work or looking for work to do.

      Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

      Cons

      Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
