Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. It’s great to hear you’re enjoying your teammates and some of our benefits and learning opportunities. We encourage you to be open about the issues you raised with your supervisor or HR business partner. Specifically, work/life balance is a crucial value at our firm—and if that balance isn’t there, we want to work with you to create it. We also recommend you talk openly with your supervisor about your compensation concerns. It’s helpful for supervisors to understand the expectations of their teammates so they can be honest and transparent about what’s possible. One important step we take annually for all employees is a thorough pay equity review to ensure pay is internally consistent and externally competitive. Bonuses, benefits, reimbursement for continuing education and more also factor into our compensation package. Thanks again for the review—and for contributing your talents to our firm!

Pros

Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

Cons

Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
