Might be the worst experience of my career and enough to make me fear for my safety. Office runs purely on a currency of optics. Very little work actually happens, and when it does it's very poorly conceived and cares for. You will spend more time running through the office harassment protocols, which by the way, needed to be implemented because of real-life incidents, and which ironically have not changed the culture. It's a cynical, tip of the hat to signal progress while the same people perpetuate the same dismal working environment.
