Pros
3% 401k match, pays into your student loan, large company with lots of resources. People are nice and fun to work with.
Cons
Hard to move up in the company, you can’t just speak to your boss and ask for a raise/promotion. You have to wait until the one-time-a-year merit cycle when HR tells you what your new salary is with no negotiation
