      Pros

      Have been with the company for many years in a communications role. As the firm has grown, they have provided opportunities for growth if you step up and take them. I have a lot of faith in our top firm leadership. They have proven they have a strategic growth plan and are making very clear steps to achieve it.

      Cons

      While the top leadership is incredible, other "middle" leadership seems to be less consistent across the firm. Workload is often heavy for both technical and support staff.

      Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

      Cons

      Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
