Worst Place to work - Anonymous employee Cano Health Employee Review

Employees are under paid and promises over and over that a raise is yet to come. Yet, the parties they throw are real expensive. You are not allowed to do one second of overtime BUT, they don't mind if you stay working off the clock (Illegal just in case no one knew this) They are more on the production than the quality of work. They tend to hire the people with the least experience they do not train them the correct way (That's if you are lucky enough to get some type of training) You are looked down at when one of the management staff walks by.
