Learning opportunities, if you can handle the sink or swim environment! Otherwise, none.
Cons
Way too many bosses. Things changed daily literally! It’s impossible to work effectively and efficiently in this organization. Also, all of the management team are incompetent. They are in those positions mostly because they know or are related to someone. Ask ANY existing employee they will tell you the same. Oh and they expect employees to work 15 hr shifts with little pay.
