Pros
There are no pros. Time and time agian I have seen and heard this CEO promise salary, benifits and services to his employees and then refusing to keep his word. He is a lier. A cheater who will weasel his way out of contracts with the promise that he is good on his word. The Dr. will even go as far as paying his employees with a personal check to avoid payroll records. Please take my advice, This is a horrible, dirty and dishonest facility who only care about their on agenda.
Cons
If the statement above is not enough, talk to any of the staff. Most of them don't speak English and are in constant fear of losing their job. Their economic situation held over their head to force them to work more hours and perform personal tasks such as house cleaning s for the Cano Family. Any contracts, deals or arrangements made with this family will leave you feeling cheated and used. Save yourself the headache, Don't do business with them.
