      Pros

      My boss is nice. For the most part she is fair and easy to talk to. Very approachable. Always has an open door. Has tried hard to get upper management to recognize that we deserve raises.

      Cons

      Poor raises. Not a lot of recognition. No cross training for a chance to move up. Not enough PTO time. Must work 5 years to get more than 1 day/month.

      Easy Work Good Instruction Low Stress

      Cons

      Zero growth opportunities unless someone quits or retires, they are happy to give you more work without increase pay though. Pay is awful. HR does not take harassment seriously and will do nothing about it.
