Regret joining - Anonymous employee Canon Business Process Services Employee Review

Incompetent direct manager, does not set clear expectations, but constantly criticizes that I did not deliver. Sets unrealistic deadlines without listening and trying to understand. Micromanager, does not trust employees. When I joined I was surprised at the high turnover, now it is clear to me why. I am happy I am now out of here, so as not being abused, mocked and traumatized anymore. Horrible experience.
