No support from Canon nor manager. Canon hiring managers are incompetent; therefore, they hire incompetent people so they can start charging clients by headcount. Canon employees are are cash cows. No work life balance because of incompetent floaters that cannot cover you so you can take PTO. Floaters have no accountability because they don't need to come back to backlogs if you do take PTO.
