work until 5:30pm, even if there is absolutely no one in the office after 4:30/5pm. Heavily micromanaged by the regional/office manager, legal assistants are not afraid to throw you under the bus at every chance they can. HR is a joke, they have the worst communication skills and i've sent 4-5 emails in the past week in regards to insurance and have yet to receive a response back and that is with the regional HR person cc'd on them too. There is no advancement opportunities in this position except to site supervisor but that's it.
