      1) R &D teams are small and upper management gives you the freedom to bring out new ideas and solutions related to the project.

      Cons

      Sometimes it hard to get your proposal approved by the senior management even you have got some potential idea to bloom into a full fledge project .

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
