Pros

Flexible working hours. Extra day holiday as summer hours

Cons

Too many middle management. No career path within field service. Once you're working on the tope level equipment there is nowhere direction to head unless you move into management.

Pros

Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

Cons

A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
