      High quality of products It is possible to progress in your career There are some really good people that work for Canon

      Cons

      There are some really clueless people there that they don't get rid of Far too many consultants that do not understand the business Too much hierarchy, steering committees, layers etc No vision, no action plans, no deliverables No end to end strategy or org structure

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
