Employee welfare programs and many activities organize internally.
Cons
Poor pay plan, especially commission for sales. Too much micromanage on employees, terrible working processes, long working hour with heavy workloads without OT pay, poor perform solution support and service team, too rigid with their rules and standard of procedures, always trusted on management’s views rather than frontlines with customers. Old school mentality.
