      Pros

      Open culture in a multinational environment with the possibility to work on new and exiciting business propositions. Name opens doors at potential customers and partners; brand is well known and is evaluated positively.

      Cons

      Difficult to grow in a role at hand; it is necessary to go for a new challenge if you want to move forward. Management is quite risk averse. It takes alot of effort to take next steps after new business propositions have been developed.

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

      Cons

      A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
