Pros
MNC exposure with many different colleagues from different industry background. Benefits better than many other MNCs.
Cons
Immediate management didn't have the efficiency and effectiveness in driving employees towards department goals. A typical Japanese culture with traditional reporting structure that is not effective with traditional thinking. For instance, it require every employees to tap card for attendance. Those working for more than 10 to 30 years are well-respected and therefore in Japanese culture, number of years worked = better, which may not be suitable for some.
