      Pros

      Work life balance, nice people. Casual environment. Good bonus. Nice place to retire.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t listen to advice. Insist on doing things their way, even if it is not the best option. Some politics here and there. Bosses play favorites. Pay is low, increment is low. If you do your job well, you will be rewarded with more duties and responsibilities, and it will not be appreciated.

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

      Cons

      A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
