good cost performance. nice bonus compared with other underperforming electronic company managers are generally nice, and not pushy not laying off
Cons
shabby bonus these years, for almost half a decade slow and bureaucratic. everything needs authorization enforced work life balance only to cut pay by reducing overtime, with the same workload no work life balance, as you still have to work overtime, but no pay no rent subsidy claims to value people by merit rather than years worked, not the case at all. cost cut on everything, reducing company resorts, or make it so expensive that nobody wants to use. and you have to take a poll in order to use it
