      Pros

      Very good in delighting their people. They continuously inform (Regional HQ) their Philippine counterpart about the directions of the company. Well represented and professional.

      Cons

      Local counterparts (some division) are game changers. They tend to change every Regional Directions and implicate their subordinates and cut their advancements to the point that talents & performers move out.

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
