Extremely dull and boring, no one talking in the office. Employees need to be punctual at work which is 8:30 am, but when you are leaving on time, will be considered as not hard-working enough, people accept non-paid OT like a norm. Many strict and stubborn regulations, forbidden to access google drive, Whatsapp, social networks using company network, literally, these are blocked. Some managements are biased, unfriendly, and arrogant.
