      Nice office and plenty of parking

      Dealing with toxic sales people and a delivery company that doesn't know how to function, so all the blame comes to you for failed deliveries even though you're just doing your job. Managers and Team Leaders don't actually do anything

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

      Cons

      A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
