      Pros

      Great teammate, teamwork, nice superior but a lot of hierarchy which means that they cant really make a lot of decision low increment overall good bonus

      Cons

      Covid-19 and Digitalisation has speed up the dying of printing industry Hard to climb up for promotion because of "traditional Japanese" culture to respect in seniority instead of capabilties increment was bad in an average of $30 - $80/year

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
