Where do I start? The company is sadly losing a lot of long standing employees at both a senior and entry level. Salaries are low, morale is even lower and people are realising the grass is actually greener. Over complicated processes and a back office outsourced to the Phillipines in 2020 has proven to be a recipe for disaster. The logistics partner also does nothing to help Canons reputation but you when you pay peanuts...well you get monkeys! I really hope that the latest wave of resignations will provide enough cause for concern to the Exec Team and they take immediate action otherwise I genuinely fear for the future of Canon UK and the colleagues I've left behind.
