      Nice modern building but in a very boring soulless location with insufficient parking

      Low and unfair pay structure Untrustworthy leaders No career progression Top heavy poor management High expectations with low rewards except for Japanese employees and executives Low respect for employees from management HR exist for management protection only

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
