Other than a few good coworkers…nah, nada,
Cons
- Software they use is horrible and slow, wasting hours a week using it.
- There is not a lot of documented processes. Hope you like getting dressed down for not following the process they didn’t document.
- The CEO has the attitude of “that’s not good enough, you didn’t do enough”. Plan on hearing you should have done more or better every day.
- The Controller takes the word literally, right down to questioning how much toilet paper is being used.
- PM is to blame for everything on a job. Estimate does have enough hours, PM fault, field crew issues, PM fault. GC slow to pay, PM fault. Made money on the job, should have been more, PM fault.
