4yThank you for taking the time to provide this review. I’m happy you are enjoying your experience as a CapTecher and finding your work both challenging and rewarding. Flexibility, as you have noted, is something we hold in high regard as a pillar of CapTech’s culture.
Thank you for the feedback around our recruiting process as this is something we continue to focus on and evolve. In fact, our recruiting team posts all college positions nationally, reaching college students across the US, while having a physical recruiting presence on campuses that are close to all of our 8 office locations. Our last couple of recruiting seasons have had an amazing variety of schools represented – close to 20!
We also want to emphasize that we do not support our CapTechers “ghosting hours.” We rely on accurate billing to determine if our projects are staffed adequately and so that our CapTechers can maintain a positive work-life balance. Please work with your Account Manager to ensure you are billing all the hours you devote to your client work.
