At least my manager did. -Flexibility, work-culture, freedom, professionalism, integrity -Good company for growth of freshers, a lot of exposure. Freshers are made to assist in projects so that we dont -You get to learn a lot from intelligent peers. Interaction between teams is inevitable and is a great learning experience -Job satisfaction to work on projects that make an impact

Sometimes may require to work overtime during project delivery, but that can be expected at any job.
