We are pleased to hear you enjoy working with your Capco colleagues and the variety of work, but disappointed to read your other feedback. We regularly undertake a benchmarking exercise to ensure salary, and indeed overall compensation, remains competitive in the market. We have also continued to run twice yearly promotion cycles throughout the pandemic and the leadership team remains committed to this.
