Pros

No mandatory overtime (given that you can meet the quota) Extra pay if you can achieve higher than the quota (which is very unlikely unless you can do the work super fast or put in overtime)

Cons

Boring routine job duties Because of the quota, most people just want to focus on job and do not want to talk/ teach you Stressful and many people opt to go to work on Saturdays due to failure to meet quota The pay is average and benefits are minimum

Thank you for your review. As a global management and technology consulting firm, the projects that we work on with clients are not based on a quota-based system, nor do employees work on the weekend, therefore we do not recognize this feedback. Capco also regularly undertakes a salary benchmarking exercise to ensure that the compensation offered is competitive in the market in order to attract and retain the best talent.

Pros

Capco has been genuinely supportive and invests in the development of my career. The team culture is collaborative and positive. Work-life balance has been consistently good with reasonable expectations.

Cons

No major complaints - but every role has some client-driven variability which comes with consulting

Pros

Capco has a friendly culture where people like to win together. A solid meritocracy that is expertise focused, and growth oriented with approachable leaders and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Employees should be self-motivated (which for me is a plus), but being a smaller company it does lack clear and standard documentation routines. There is no one-size fits all career map, which allows self-starters to succeed and rise quickly in the organization.
