Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted to hear that you are pleased you made the decision to join Capco. It’s also great to hear that you are enjoying the career development opportunities, working with your colleagues, and of course, our fantastic new office in New York. Our recent return to office communication is about driving greater collaboration, connectivity and in person learning. It’s also about giving employees the opportunity to build their Capco network and socialise with colleagues while enjoying our great workspaces. Many of our clients and competitors have already returned to office working, and many Capco colleagues are already working on client site on a regular basis. Based on this, a more formal return to office working is the natural next step for Capco, while still allowing for a hybrid working model to ensure we strike the right balance for our people.
