Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed working with your Capco colleagues, and our clients.
As with any consulting firm, employees often undertake interviews with a client for a project role. We understand the importance of transparency in project roles and will always endeavor to ensure alignment between what’s presented and the reality.
Regarding the issue of Managing Principals, we take any allegations of unprofessional behavior very seriously and our Code of Conduct clearly outlines our expectations around conduct and behavior. We also have processes in place to address any concerns relating to conduct, including our independent reporting helpline.
While consulting is not a 9-5 job, we strive to balance workload expectations with employee wellbeing. We place a firm focus on wellbeing at Capco and this is supported through our global Wellbeing@Capco group, sponsored by senior leadership. Indeed, Capco’s approach to wellbeing is frequently highlighted as a strength on this forum.
We have many examples of colleagues who have progressed through the firm. We offer lots of support in terms of career development including coaching, learning and development opportunities, and internal events. We also hold two promotion cycles per year giving colleagues an opportunity to be considered for promotion when they are ready based on our competency framework.
