Good Wages; well above the norm. Good employees to work with considering that they are dealing with the same administrative issues.
Cons
Administration makes this a hostile work environment. The only constant in this organization is change. Upper nursing management turned over three times in less than three years. floors keep changing focus and places. Focus moves from one emergency to another.
