      High volume of patients with the opportunity to get experience with many types of medical and trauma related cases. This is one of the highest call volumes in the country.

      Cons

      The health system owns the EMS service and that leads to poor management, retention of problem employees, low pay, terrible benefits, and no support. This is one of the highest call volumes of any health system in the country.

      Great underserved patient population to care for Great colleagues and kind staff

      Very challenging administration to work with Compensation often lags behind comparable positions in the region. Leadership communication was not transparent or consistent. Commitments made during recruitment and employment did not align with what was ultimately delivered. Frequent staff and leadership turnover Communication between leadership and frontline physicians is inconsistent. Limited flexibility and physician input regarding operational decisions. Staffing contributes to burnout and reduced job satisfaction
