The only pro is the overtime.

Cons

0/10 would not recommend. This has to be by far the worst place I have ever worked in my life. Management will often show favoritism and will listen to the same employees that are causing issues on the floor and end up firing or pushing away a good employee and wonder why they have no workers on the floor.

Great underserved patient population to care for Great colleagues and kind staff

Very challenging administration to work with Compensation often lags behind comparable positions in the region. Leadership communication was not transparent or consistent. Commitments made during recruitment and employment did not align with what was ultimately delivered. Frequent staff and leadership turnover Communication between leadership and frontline physicians is inconsistent. Limited flexibility and physician input regarding operational decisions. Staffing contributes to burnout and reduced job satisfaction
