CFV is a wonderful place to wrork. It’s nestled in rural areas where there is such a need for medical specialists.

Cons

The only con is that there aren’t enough specialists in some areas and so there tends to be a long wait to be seen by a specialist provider.

Cons

Management cares about the wrong issues, like making money over nurse and staff safety. Emotionally and physically straining work in the emergency department.
